Have you heard of Xerox's Recycling Program?
The Xerox Green World Alliance is a clever scheme with the aim of minimising environmental impacts of printer supplies. The company takes back used toners and drum cartridges to recycle them properly, stopping them from being unethically disposed of. Their programs have stopped thousands of tonnes of plastic and waste ending up in landfill through print cartridge reprocessing, waste toner reuse, metal and plastic recovery, and turning waste into energy.
If you have more than 5 items to send, order a Xerox Eco Box or request to have a full box picked up using the link below.
If you have less than 5 items to send, follow these official Xerox instructions:
“• If you are returning a used cartridge, place the used item in the bag of the new cartridge and seal the bag with tape. Package the used cartridge between the caps in the box of the new cartridge and seal the box.
• If you return 2 or more items, please tape the boxes together or use one large box and return as one parcel.
• Submit a Return Label Request.
• Print the label(s) on A4 paper (please use a laser printer) and fold the A4 double (A5).
• Stick the paper on the box with tape with the return address showing up.
• Take your parcel to the nearest drop off point.”
